Automatic 14-17 Button Pressing Machine KM 5000
14-17 mm standard play, fixed, perforated, all big and small button studs possible.
It is filled with nails and knobs of 2 material reservoirs and is fed automatically from the channels and the process is carried out.
It is available on spare molds for large or small buttons.
Replacement can be done by replacing the spare channels and molds in about one to two minutes during product replacement.
It is designed with highly technical and technological equipment and has about 30.000 buttons in 8 hours with average 1% fire.
The material has features that can be used versatile without separating.
Depending on demand, fork nail spare molds can be applied on the same machine.
In various fabrics, it automatically adjusts the print settings according to the type and thickness of the fabric during the laying process.
